MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

As a clothing brand, we specialize in creating high-quality, custom-made products designed to meet your unique needs. To ensure that you understand our process and delivery expectations, we have outlined our Made-to-Order Policy below:

Order Processing Time

1. Production Timeline: Each item is crafted with care and precision to meet our high standards. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production. The exact timeframe will depend on the complexity of your order and our current production schedule.

2. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the estimated production timeline and expected delivery date.

Delivery Timeframe

  1. Shipping Locations: The delivery time for made-to-order items varies based on your location. We offer the following approximate delivery times:

   – Local Deliveries (within Lagos, Nigeria): 1-3 business days after production completion.

   – Domestic Deliveries (within Nigeria): 3-7 business days after production completion.

   – International Deliveries:  7-15 business days after production completion. 

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. 
  1. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  1. Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that modifications may not be possible once production has begun.
  1. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the items. 

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Custom Nature of Products: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
